The Coronavirus pandemic will have us celebrating nature on Earth Day while cooped up indoors. Celebrities are throwing their weight behind environmental causes for Earth Day this year.

Participate in a Star Studded Earth Day Concert on Facebook Watch
Each of these environmental causes is bound to contribute to a healthier planet. Some are new projects while others are long standing. Celebrities like Jane Fonda, Prince William, Bill Nye, and Hayley Hasselhoff, have been involved in environmental activism.
Watch Earth Day! The Musical on Facebook Watch. The star-studded concert will feature Justin Bieber, ZacEffron, Desus Nice, Ben Platt, The Kid Mero, Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, Nick Kroll, Jack Harlow, Fortune Feimster, Phoebe Robinson, and Tori Kelly. It will start at noon EST on Thursday.
While viewing the concert on Facebook Watch, you will participate by sharing videos and photos about how you will contribute to the cause of climate action. It will be a massive virtual movement of people globally committing to act against climate change.

Now that that is no longer possible with Covid-19, Jane Fonda is using virtual rallies as well as video chats which she co hosts with other celebrities and prominent figures.
Support National Parks with Prince Harry
Prince Harry is capitalizing on Earth Day to build support for national parks as preserves of water, fresh air, and food security.
Harry is passionate about conservation especially in Africa where he has continued the legacy of his mother Princess Diana.
The Prince is calling on Fans to support national parks and to visit African Parks. In his latest African tour, the red-haired prince told fans that: ‘No one can deny science.’
In a video posted online, the Prince paid tribute to his late grandfather Prince Philip who he called a conservation champion. He said that climate change was now an urgent issue that must be fixed in the next decade.
Support his Earthshot prize initiative by not wasting food, abandoning single use plastic, and engaging with leaders in our communities to stop doing things that pollute the environment.
Save the Soil with Rosario Dawson
You could also want to save the soil with Rosario Dawson. The celebrity produced a documentary focusing on the crucial role that healthy soil plays in our planet.
